Let's find your dream home

"Daniela is a total rock star! She was our agent in the buying and selling of a house this year and did a world-class job in both cases. In buying a house she helped us find the perfect house (we had looked for two years without success before working with her) and then helped negotiate a great deal for us on the price. She also made sure all items in the house were fixed as part of the sale negotiations. We found that she listens very carefully to what you are looking for and then goes all out to find you that house. We could not be happier with the outcome. In selling a house we were unsure what to do in the Covid 19 era and Daniela told us she thought the market would be strong in May, so we went ahead and renovated the house we were selling. In both selling and buying she has contacts with great contractors so you know you are hiring good people who you can trust. She also personally oversaw the renovation of the house and it turned out better than we ever could have ever imagined. At each step of the way she kept us informed about everything that was happening and next steps. And her handling of the sale was brilliant in every regard. We ended up with 12 offers on the house. Daniela is both super professional and fun to work with. I give her my highest possible recommendation."

"I had the opportunity to sell a house with tremendous potential at the high end in a hot Seattle market. It required some additional work, applied with finesse, to set it pitch perfect for this market. It is thanks to Daniela’s deep knowledge and experience selling high value homes that I was able to command 10% above asking, with competing offers, after the house sat for only fice days on the market. Daniela shared with me her sense of what i needed to do to get the house ready for sale in a way that I could hear and consider, as a partner in this experience. Daniela connected me to the people who could do the necessary work; her presentation values were of exceptional value. Heck, i wanted to buy my own house from me as it hit the market! I wholeheartedly and without any exception suggest you work with Daniela Dombrowski if you want to sell your home."

"We have worked with Daniela as both a buying and selling agent on three different properties over the past 11 years. During our first buying experience with Daniela, we were just moving to Seattle and knew next to nothing about the city and neighborhoods. Daniela spent so much time familiarizing us with the neighborhoods and guiding us in the right direction. Ever since that first home, she’s been our go-to resource and trusted agent. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and does what it takes to make sure we get what we need, whether it’s buying or selling. We just moved to NY and Daniela even helped us find a new agent in the area (although we tried to convince her to come with us). We’ve happily recommended Daniela countless times to friends and co-workers, and can’t say enough about how wonderful she is to work with."

"Moving internationally in the middle of a pandemic is a tall order; Daniela took charge of our house sale and made it a breeze even though we were an ocean away. She is responsive, meticulously prepared and organized, exceptionally honest and transparent, and from start to finish we felt that she 100% had our backs and our best interests at heart. She guided us all the way through, was generous with her time, introduced us to quality professionals who helped us with various aspects of our move and house sale, and truly had an eye on everything - from ensuring tasteful staging to cost-effective landscaping to advising on pricing strategies to keeping everything and everyone on track. She was an absolute delight to work with, a consummate professional and so kind to our family; we can’t recommend her warmly enough."

"We loved working with Daniela Dombrowski to purchase our new home. We started working with Daniela about a year ago. Daniela kept us apprised of listings that came on the market that met our specifications. Daniela helped us as we worked through the process of making an offer on our new home, making it as easy as possible. Daniela went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care. She was extremely responsive and supportive throughout the purchase. We highly recommend Daniela if you are looking to buy or sell a home."

"We had a wonderful experience working with Daniela to sell our home, with only a tight timeline to prepare and list the house. Daniela was always professional and prepared, with in-depth and well-organized analyses and recommendations. She was proactive and very responsive as we communicated throughout the process, came to our house to meet with prospective vendors and help negotiate terms of work, and had a hands-on approach at every stage in a way that made us feel that she was just as invested in the successful sale of our home as we were. She collaborated with us on identifying a pricing strategy that was informed by her expertise and that we could feel comfortable with. We ultimately saw an incredible amount of activity and interest, received nearly 20 offers, and accepted an offer with great terms at 35% over asking. We would absolutely recommend Daniela to anyone hoping for a low-stress process and a great outcome in selling their home!"

"From the moment we decided to sell our house to the closing, six weeks elapsed. The first two weeks were Daniela pulling together info/comps/presentations/strategy, informed us of the best time to put the house on the market was early Spring -- and so, given our plans, we had two weeks to empty the house, after which, she would take over. And she did. Daniela had lined up and scheduled all great sub-contractors to get the house ready (window cleaning, house cleaning, yard, misc repairs, sewer scoping, house inspection, staging, photography) and executed flawlessly. The house went on the market as planned and was sold within 4 days, 20% above asking. All the final tasks with escrow and other loose ends were buttoned up and we closed in one week. To deliver on such an aggressive schedule requires a deep knowledge of the industry, incredible process expertise, great connections and of course, great negotiation skills. Daniela had all of those assets. We recommend her enthusiastically!"

"Daniela was a fantastic advisor and strong advocate throughout our transaction With a calm and steady hand, she expertly guided our strategy, pricing, timing, staging and ultimate negotiation. Daniela’s market experience, insight and specific knowledge of condo & single family home market(s) was invaluable. I trust Daniela completely, and give her my highest recommendation. Simply put, she was always available, nearly omniscient, and by far exceeded our expectations."
